Buy Adorable Parrots is a family-run aviary in Dawson Springs, Kentucky. What began as a small passion for hand-raising cockatiels has grown into a specialist program for macaws, African greys, cockatoos, amazons and eclectus parrots.

Every chick is hand-fed and socialized in our home, not a warehouse. Birds are weaned onto a varied fresh-food and pellet diet, DNA sexed, examined by an avian veterinarian and micro-chipped where appropriate before placement.

We are selective about our homes. Before a bird leaves, we talk through housing, diet, daily interaction and long-term commitment — many of our species live 50 years or more. After placement, our team stays available for the life of your bird.
